Negative experience: Unhappy with the search. People are nice to talk to though. But they lose information you sent them already. Asked me for the same information twice on email. In my case I needed information to file a case, I knew the last location but eventually I was able to find the address on my own through public records. I didn’t get a satisfactory response when I shared my grievance. I hope other people have a better experience.

They have helped us on Countless occasions with security and monitoring for the last 20 years with our 4 business locations. As well as our personal needs in the investigative and technical side. Fantastic experience: I am the vice president of the Agassiz Gun Club in Agassiz B.C. We've been clients of CPA for 12 years, we are a society of over 800 members, we consist of all variety of shooters. Prior to CPA we uses a combination lock to secure our entrance and exit door and vehicle gate. That system proved to be a challenge to say the least. We asked CPA for a better solution and now we use a FOB system, that allows the council to monitor the coming and goings of members and others. Coupled with a state of the art camera system our security has allowed us peace of mind.

Fantastic experience: We hired CPA and John several years ago to install security cameras at our residence in Abbotsford, then had them un-install those and re-install them in our new house in the Shuswap. Through all of this time John and Cody have provided immediate and thorough support with any issues that have arisen. (mostly wi-fi connectivity issues as a result of poor wi-fi in the area and older users). All inter-actions have been above and beyond for great pricing, professionalism and response times.
