Negative experience: TOTAL RIPOFF. Initially they seemed professional enough.They provided me with a new address for a lost family member in B.C. It was expensive but I was satisfied...Until I discovered that the information was more than seven months out of date and the missing person was living in a different.continent. I paid a grand for false information!

Negative experience: I hired a detective from PCI to investigate a family members death. Throughout the investigation, we would end conversations with the assurance that all the data, interviews, photos, and events taking place would be included in the final report. When I followed up with the owner of the company, as the report never did arrive, he said that he did not realize I was waiting for a report. His email history would indicate otherwise. Each of my emails, texts, phone calls were received courteously by the detective, with apologies and promises that the report would be finalized the next week.After over a year of trying, we are going to give up. It is easy to see why you must be careful, when hiring for such a difficult task.
