Negative experience: they should do their investigations if they're going to repo any vehicles.

Fantastic experience: Bidding was fun but even if you win the bid the bank has to accept it for the repo vehichles

Positive experience: Good business. Would be nice if they put pictures of vehicles on their website.

Negative experience: Please explain in detail your processes to clients. I do not care if you’re taking a car, taking them to court over domestic matters, or anything else, ALWAYS give paperwork. Don’t be putting business cards in someone’s door after closing hours, it’s incredibly unprofessional. Don’t come at someone with an attitude off the get go. Most unprofessional people I’ve EVER dealt with, and no, it’s not because of something negative that happened, it’s because of their processes and lack of explanation. Someone shouldn’t have to call an office for an explanation. Take the time to sit with a client and explain right then and there once they have calmed down a bit and are in a rational state of mind.

Negative experience: These people just went out to a family residences harassed them about a matter they thought was mine and I dont even live there. Second it wasn't even me cause the account they had i've never banked with in my life. Or the possession they were looking into I've never bought. And would prove it if need be. Woman was pushy and rude. A business of the statue should have their license pulled if they can't even find the right person. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau and lawyer.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst people to deal with. I think if they were at all organized they would deserve 2 stars but they do not. Absolutely ridiculous!
