Fantastic experience: Andrew and his team installed the camera security system for our new business. They were very professional and insightful on what would work best to protect our business. They made great suggestions and thought of things we didn’t think of. Their communication response time is so quick that you can barely press send before they’ve responded back to you.

Fantastic experience: I’ve come across this security company at several concerts/shows. The staff have always been exceptional. From helping some mobility challenged people in our party physically get to their seats after an elevator was broken to large venues where I’ve seen them isolate and handle incidents before they even happen and move seamlessly to cover areas when staff leave to respond. I always feel thankful to see them at an event and secure knowing they will be kind, helpful, and responsive.

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars.. I would. What an absolute gong show. They were the traffic control at the zwicks park canada day celebration and after been there for years.. I have NEVER seen it that bad. We waited 1 hr and 8 minutes JUST to move out of our parking spot. Then another 25 minutes to get out of the park. While all the other lines flew out. There was no traffic. There was no consistency of your typical "10 Cars here, 10 Cars there, 10 from there" they chose a spot and let all of them go and made everyone else wait. We weren't even close to the last ones there either. This is completely unacceptable and has never been this poorly handled ever.

Positive experience: This company has by far the most hard-working security guards who actually care for the company. The only thing i think the company should do is provide the guards with security vests for their protection from sharp weapons as they are mostly working outdoors and you never know what people carry with them these days.

Fantastic experience: Overall a good experience. The guard showed up thank god. Found the communication with whoever I was dealing with was very scattered though and would have rather had better communication.

Fantastic experience: This company has guards that truly care about their jobs and the community; they always go above and beyond when performing their duties with the utmost professionalism. The Director of the company always ensures his clients and guards are happy and well taken care of. All in all this is by far the best Security/Investigative company out there.
