Negative experience: When to get coffee for my mother in law on Christmas morning and a Capital Security car cuts in front of the line forcefully so they can order first ahead of everyone else in line. Happed at Findlay Creek McDonalds at 840am. What type of drivers does this company employ? Rude and dangerous and unnecessary.

Negative experience: Based on this guy that I'm driving behind, who appears to be drunk stoned or on his phone I would not recommend this company after calling the head office to tell them that their employee was driving erratically, the person hung up on me.

Negative experience: Does not comply with Ontario legislation. Too many guards at EY Centre for ComicCon not wearing a name tag or license number to properly identify themselves. Totally unprofessional.

Negative experience: Unprofessional. I was at Chatime Merivale and the security guy came screaming at us because its 12:03 and the plaza should be closed at 12:00. I was with my 9 years old sister and she got terrified.

Negative experience: Dishonest company! They will double bill you. I spoke with the office on several occasions and they keep saying the the owner is out of the country. I was not happy with the fact that they always sluff you off. They forget to realize that it is clients like us that keep them in business. Now I know why they lose a lot of their clients, like Lansdowne Park. They are stealing from people and businesses. This is definitely not one company I would trust with your security. I had to hire another security company just to watch over them.
