Negative experience: OEIS Security Guard and Private Investigator Training is fraudulent. After completing my training, they failed to issue my TCN number and have completely ignored my emails. Their lack of response and support is unacceptable. They take your money but offer no help afterward. Avoid this scam at all costs!

Negative experience: I completed my training with OEIS Security Guard and Private Investigator Training over two months ago and still haven't received my TCN number. Their lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue has severely impacted my career. Very unprofessional service—avoid this company if you're serious about your future.

Fantastic experience: I did my private investigator training through OEIS Online. It was a very good program and teaches you everything you need for the ministry test. The instructor of the course is very helpful and available around the clock to answer any questions you may have. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: OEIS played an integral role in the attainment of my PI license. The course had a nice flow and solid structure to it with lots of practical examples. My instructor, Ihab, was tremendously helpful and always replied to my concerns within 12 hours. He gave me tips on how to approach the exam. I received a 90 percent mark in the exam. I highly recommend this company to anyone who aspires to be a PI.

Fantastic experience: I was looking to enter the world of Private Investigations when I found OEIS offering the course for a good price. I expected the course to be self guided, and expected I had to do everything on my own. It was nothing like that, the course was hosted on an easy to navigate interface, and I had a lot of support from my teacher and mentor Ihab. Any questions that I had, Ihab would answer my emails within hours and sometimes within minutes. He even spent time explaining to me concepts that I did not quite understand. This was a very good experience for me,. OEIS is a very professional organization and I highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: I had a security guard license and decided to take a step further by taking PI Course. I searched many online agencies offering Online PI course and settled for OEIS because of their affordable price and extra pecks, such as on the job training and one on one help with. Ihad was there throughout the whole process. He gave feedback after each chapter and also sent me a Certificate after completing the course. OEIS felt more like an in-class course, because of the presence of Ihab throughout the whole process. I strongly recommend OEIS to everyone interested in taking Private Investigator Course. Negative experience: Waste of time.waited 5 business days & never got my TCN.Got a refund & Did the training with Ontario Security Guard Training and got my TCN the following morning & took my test the next day. & The training MUST be done over a period of 35 hours. OEIS never told me that.& The location they have for Thorold stone road is false.Don't waste your time!

Negative experience: The only reason I am giving 2 stars is they gave me a refund. After taking the 40hour Alberta Security Guard Training program I applied to take the test and found out their program will not work in Alberta even though thats exactly what it states. So after wasting 40 hours of my time they then (only after the government called them) sent me a refund for the course. Upon asking in multiple ways (text, calls, emails) I have no answer as to why this course was denied in Alberta just an email saying I am getting a refund. Even trying to contact them after the refund email has resulted in zero responses. So if you are from Alberta and want to take any of their courses DONT it will result in wasted time and effort for zero rewards.

Negative experience: Immigration scam to try and fast track PR! Sam allows people to pay him for LMIA!! Claim they don’t work with vulnerable people but yet they claim to train for CNA in the description . Liar liar!! Wouldn’t pay for anything here it’s the equivalent to a diploma mill certificate and you won’t make anything over minimum wage because this is slave labour. Shame on you for your discriminatory & predatory behaviour.

Fantastic experience: Today I attended the First Aid and CPR training at OEIS. I was absolutely blown away by the critical information that I learnt in this class and I honestly don't understand why it's not mandatory for everyone, regardless of their occupation. It should be taught in high-schools for all students. My instructor, Sherif (AKA Sam) was top-notch, and by far the best instructor I've ever had in any topic. He gave us the practical knowledge that we could apply to real-life scenarios in a pleasant, but no-beating-around-bush manner. I highly recommend this training for everyone!

This place needs to be shut down, our vulnerable sector should not be forced to be cared for by people who literally paid for a security course & don’t even know what they are doing. All this so employers can pay lower wages. Gross!! Immigration fraud! Clearly you are forcing people to leave 5 star reviews, pathetic.

Whenever I have called them my calls weren't picked up and after days someone finally will. Customer service is not that great. They offer optional exams to complete prior to the final exam which really help studying and further implement understanding of knowledge. I recently passed the Private Investigator course and could not be happier with the service OEIS provided.

Positive experience: I took the Online Security Guard Training Course and I'd say it was an overall 'Good' experience. Some hiccups along the way that were a little confusing, some spelling and grammatical mistakes in the course materials, but I think the content and practice tests succeeded in preparing me for the provincial test. Would give this a 4.5 / 5 if I could because it was very affordable when compared to other online options, would recommend to a friend. Also when I needed customer service it was prompt and informative.
