Fantastic experience: I am leaving this review with great regard for Investigative Surveillance Group. I contacted them on October 27, 2018 with a very Vague idea of where my son was who was previously Abducted by his mother and brought somewhere in Ontario Canada. I'm from United States and never traveled outside the country. From my first conversation with ISG I knew I was in good hands. Here's where the story gets interesting. I gave the Private Investigator all the info I had including court Orders. And he made a packet with all info and went to local police with his findings. About 5 weeks later I get a text message that my son had been located! Upon locating my son the Private Investigator then went beyond my expectations by going to the local police department to find out the proper steps to take in order to be on the right side of the laws there in Ontario. He found a lawyer to represent me who was well versed in this type of case. Four days later I was reunited with my son. The story doesnt end there either. When I arrived in Toronto Ontario he had a plan to keep me safe so nobody could locate me and my son and also suggested restaurants I would like in the area as well as fun stuff to do around town with my son. He also showed up in court and worked closely with my Lawyer in the United States as well as the lawyer he found for me in Ontario. On the last day of court he waited with me for 5 hours in a parking Lot to make sure I was protected while waiting for the judge to make her decision. Overall I'm blessed that I found such a great company to work with on this and I can honestly say I made a friendship that will last forever. For anyone that's reading this review and is looking for a private investigator I highly urge you to Consider hiring Investigatve Surveillance Group anytime you need a private investigator. And for people in the United States that need help in Ontario Canada this company is a must.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I called Doug and spoke with him over the phone, I knew I made the right decision. We spoke for 41 minutes over the phone, and it felt like he genuinely cared about what was going on. The other agencies I called were quick to get off the phone within 10 minutes. Doug really went into detail of how he was going to go about getting the job done, and thoroughly walked me through each step. He obtained an address for me so I could serve court papers. He did it in the time frame and price range he quoted me for. I have nothing but positive things to say and would recommend his service to anyone. 10/10 would go back to him again!
