Negative experience: They should reopen the office and make things more easier instead of online if auto pack can be open and other government office can to they can be open to and the process time is too long major back log don't know why they have a major back log and documents gotta be summit in like month advance or weeks advance and how does guards suppose to make a living sitting at home waiting for the license and or documents to clear to go back to work that's all I gotta say for now too bad it can't be old fashioned days way back working without training and without license this way more easier and less hassle with the rules and regulations of becoming a guard and who ever made the rules and regulations about processing time for license and documents to process is ridiculous

Negative experience: A government agency should not be allowed to perform so terribly. With license processing times taking 8-10 weeks, people who even apply a month ahead of time can be out of a job. Terrible standards.

Negative experience: Don't respond to calls or emails. They are processing applications that were sent in a month after mine was and I don't have any updates on my application.

Staff is very kind, after reviewing the documents for any missing information they let you know and request for the information. Within 15days you will get your license renewed via email procedure.

Negative experience: They're not open to the public. They don't answer the phone and you can't leave a message becuase the message box is full. They do not return emails

Negative experience: Poor service they don't even answer phone calls none of them reply you via email if u have any concern . Totally ignoring.. Also they won't allow you to enter in their office.
