Negative experience: scam artists. they will do all kinds of things to waste your retainer without any results, then demand more money. They billed unreasonable amounts against travel time by sending investigators from the farthest township away to do investigations in Toronto. After a $5k deposit, they presented me with a document that did nothing more than repeat the information that I had already given them. When I called then out they resorted to threatening me if I didn't continue with their services.
