Fantastic experience: I had an issue with someone who cut the hot water line at my father's cottage among other things. The police were no help and so I decided to go the private investigator route. I had an idea of who the perpetrator was, but lacked evidence. The legal methods they employed to catch the suspect in the act of vandalism was ingenious and remarkable, given my prior knowledge of how surveillance is often conducted.
