Negative experience: My family required private investigation services so we called Star. Initially Adrianne sounded very compassionate on the phone. She told us that she could do everything we asked. We learned, after many many thousands of dollars later, that Adrianne played on our emotions. This was for family crisis so we were vulnerable She always said that they were onto something so we should continue surveillance a little longer. So not knowing much of private investigation we believed her. I'm not saying they don't do some work, they do but at a very high cost and it's not what originally was quoted on phone. Their service is embellished when talking on phone It's their tactic to con you into giving more money that's a huge problem with this company. My advice to anyone requiring services from Star is to be very cautious.you better have a big wallet If they don’t like 1 star review they might reveal your name and describe your case publicly

Negative experience: Would give it 0 stars if I could. Absolutely did not perform the job that she was paid for. Kept asking for more money before supplying any information in a time sensitive situation. Almost cost someone's life. Should lose her license.

Negative experience: PLEASE STAY AWAY. They are crooks. They will rack up charges on your credit card without details and will say it was in your contract. Random charges. Horrible service, they will lure you in and keep making you add another day by providing unclear photos etc. Adrienne is a con artist

Negative experience: Absolute waste of money. I dealt with Adrienne and genuinely required her assistance in a personal matter. However, before giving me any update at all, she would bully me into paying more money than was written in the contract. She said that she would not give me any of the evidence until I kept paying on top of the $3000. Horrible person and customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Negative experience: I wish I had done my research. Please stay away if you want to save your hard earned dollars. All their reviews seem fake anyways, To the readers reading this, please beware of their pressure tactics. They will promise you something over the phone then pressure you into signing and booking more sessions. If you do go with their service, please read every inch of the contract. They will use the classic "its in your contract" every chance they get, but Adrienne will basically bully you into quickly signing so you dont have any chance to read. Anyone resorting to their service is already in a bad enough position and on top they take advantage of them, absolutely awful.

In my opinion, they are the best private investigation company in Mississauga for family law. It was only with the results from the surveillance conducted by Star, that I was given the facts of what was really happening. And with this information, I was able to discern the right path forward. Fantastic experience: Late uncle died suddenly last March, and no known family member had access to his accounts or any of his devices.
