Negative experience: Back in May2024, I was suspecting my other half having an affair. I was in a search for a private investigator for some closer and peace of mind . Several companies have contacted me and Intel group was one of the those. I did some research and read the positive reviews on their company and service(s)so I decided to go with. After a few phone calls and agreeing with the service terms I paid in full they told me they will get the investigation going(this was after a couple of weeks) Nothing happened after a month went by. I e-mailed to check in with the progress Peter told me that his loved one had passed and will schedule the investigation going. A month gone by I phoned and e-mailed the group for my refund because there wasn’t any investigations and there was no updates on the case. I left the message and e-mailed even requesting my refund but nothing and now it’s September they ghosted me with my money. I am stuck on how to get my refund back. Help.

Negative experience: Over a year ago I tried to locate a long lost friend of mine. I was assured that since he was not in hiding, locating this him would be very easy. I paid the required amount up front. For months Peter Demarco kept making excuses and lately just stopped answering my calls. I lost my money for nothing. In response to the response: WHAT?!!! Do you realize what you have done? You warned all of your potential customers that the informations they provide to enable you to do your work, informations that are private, intimate and confidential, will be broadcasted on www for evetyone to see? This could make them targets of gossip, mockery or blackmail. That is, even if you limit yourself to telling the truth, because in my case, you distorted the facts to make the case look more "juicy" and enhaced the interaction with lies to make yourself look good. Shame on you! I rated my level of satisfaction at one star because zero was not avalable. Within a few hours after you calling me to offer your services, I realized I had been conned. Dealing with Intel Group was very unpleasant and costly (1k+).

They were able to move on my request within 2 hours of the phone call and gather information as needed.
