You were so rude that I recorded the call, and before leaving one star, I saw (you have 5 stars) all the French clients, with French names, you made me so sad that I immediately called another agency, which was nice and friendly (they did not have this discriminatory attitude towards me). You accuse me in a comment, but I wrote nothing. And I quote your words: 'The question you must answer is this: Was I myself in this spirit of courtesy? Positive experience: I tried their fingerprint service. Obscure process, failing email communication, I encountered untrained substitute staff for this service. I wasted my time, 3 precious days. ------------------------------------------------------------ *** Added following owner's response *** I followed exactly the steps of the process indicated on your page starting with Initiating the request by email. Following that, I received the following email: "Your photo is missing in order to proceed when we receive your fingerprints." Since I didn’t understand, I replied: "I don’t understand well. Do you have a document detailing your process?" I was responded: "In addition to the identification documents (which we received), we need a photo of you in passport style. You can take it yourself and send it to us by email. We are waiting for the fingerprints by mail. Once we have everything, we can electronically transmit your fingerprints to the RCMP." It was at this point that I replied: "Thank you, it's + clear.* Attached is passport style photo." *: just because it wasn’t clear... before! It was + clear but not completely clear... fingerprints by mail?? I had to call. A substitute told me she thought I was on the other side of the world, in Europe, something like that. I don’t understand where she got that.... It was during this call that I learned I would have to go to an SQ office. I saw this information nowhere and that’s why I was asking for the detail of your process. Afterwards, I called the SQ at 3 places near my home to finally learn that the SQ no longer offered this service. Do you understand my frustration? I won’t wait for your response because I've had enough of the time wasted due to incompetence, especially since I’m helping you improve your service. You should pay me for that.
