Fantastic experience: Remi was wonderful!!! He charged me so little for the work he did for me. I had been trying to locate my half-brother on and off for years. Remi couldn't find him at first but persistently tried several times over the course of six months or so. Apparently my half-brother was very difficult to find. Even though Remi couldn't locate him, he located one of his previous addresses, which was, to my surprise, in a completely different province than expected. Remi also said he would try again in six months. Several months later, I wound up actually finding my half-brother through a Facebook search (which I had done many times in the past). Even though I ended up finding him on my own, Remi tried so hard and was very kind all the way through, and charged me only $200 for the searching that he did over the course of six months. Positive experience: Fast and efficient service! I contacted VIP Investigations MTL for a search and I was well taken care of by Rémi. I really liked the information provided by Rémi to understand the process we are getting into. Because time is money, don't waste your time and contact VIP Investigations Montreal!

Negative experience: Contacting this agency...worst joke...I got the same initial address...before they gave me the final report filled with some insignificant lines (even a kindergarten child would have done better) and made me pay the full amount upfront, and had the nerve to ask me to go write them a GOOD REVIEW, they send me the results. Remi claims that these days, it's difficult to locate people, explains that it's common. And with the address that is useless to me, he tells me to take action and after 3 months to contact him if nothing...So, what is the point of this agency if it is not able to deliver its work? VIP Investigation IS a joke. I recommend this service to no one...Keep your money and do the procedures yourself because, according to him, this agency doesn't have more tools than you and me...zero stars is the rating...not 4 like.

Negative experience: Hello, We contacted Remi from vip investigation on June 7, 2018. We paid the requested amount, and three weeks later, still no response. I call and call Remi, only to be told, 'Search still ongoing.' However, a few days later I receive an email saying 'untraceable!' Okay, but strangely... all the Facebook info of the person being searched was blocked, lol! Yet INVESTIGATION MONTREAL provided us with real information!!! That Remi could not give us. So I do not recommend this agency that takes your money without even meeting you! DO NOT WIRE MONEY TO THIS PERSON WITHOUT ENSURING YOU HAVE A MINIMUM OF EVIDENCE, OTHER AGENCIES IF NO RESULTS, NONE TRUE.....
