Negative experience: Observed two of their vehicles blow through more than one stop sign in a residential area. At one point, some pedestrians were almost hit! You are not a police car rushing to a scene. After reading some of the other reviews, I’m not sure why anyone would hire this company.

Negative experience: Elder abuse, lies, poor communication... the list goes on... stay away!!

Negative experience: Imagine having to call the police on your security. What a joke.

Negative experience: If less than 0 stars would be possible, that’s what EVO would get as they do not even deserve a single star. The most unprofessional and unreliable “security” company. This guy gets his elderly mother to do “security”, while leaving her in a car for 30 hours without checking on her. A wellness check had to be done, with the police involved, AT A WEDDING, because he had left his mother there. His response to this has been nothing but beyond unprofessional… from not even bothering to contact his clients directly when this went down, but to now creating fake profiles on Facebook to bully and harass them because they are spreading the truth. After talking to many people about this guy, it turns out that there have been multiple similar incidences with his mother. I’m not sure how he’s still in business but he needs to be stopped immediately. Please avoid hiring him at all costs! **He also creates fake accounts to leave himself good reviews! Please beware!!!

Negative experience: I know someone who worked previously for this security company. They had worked full time and never got their final pay. It’s been months and they're still refusing to pay the hard workers risking their lives trying to survive. Horrible business. I do not recommend hiring them.

Negative experience: Owner is very childish , Makes fake accounts to harrases past customers who reported on his lack of professionalism ( left his 80yo mother alone in a vehicle for 2 days ) Then makes fake accounts to put positive reviews on his page and negative reviews on other security companies pages . DO NOT HIRE !

Negative experience: Please DO NOT hire EVO! I hired this company for my wedding over the weekend and the owners mother who appears to be in her eighties was left in an SUV alone in Fielding Park for close to 30 hours as Security! She was clearly disoriented, didn't know where the key we had left for the guard to use the washroom was, didn't know where Jonnathon (the owner and her son) was, there was open food on the dash of the car, the car was off the entire time even though it was hot outside and the car had a smell which I now believe was from her soiling herself. I had to call a wellness check and get the police involved ON MY WEDDING DAY! His only response was to message my wedding coordinator asking why the police had been called on his security and that he had told her what was going on (his mother didn't want to leave apparently). Since then I've also heard that they have been fired from other jobs for other incidents involving his mother. This guy needs to be shut down!

Fantastic experience: Worked and still presently working a contract and my boss contracted this security company. 5/5 stars with the work ethic and professionalism this security company has been providing. They are very professional and throughout the 6+ years working in the have worked hand in hand with multiple contracts through many agencies always using different security companies.. I place them on top on the list! Highly-qualified and highly recommended!

The owner will get out of bed in the middle of the night and drive 6 hours to work a site if it means getting the job done right which, he has done.
