Negative experience: Very worst Experience with Fusion Security We had an appointment in a building from 6:45 to 7:45 PM. We parked in the building's lot as instructed, but when we returned, the building was closed and our car was locked inside. There were no signs indicating parking lot hours. We've been trying to reach Fusion Security through their operations phone number for over an hour. Their response was unhelpful and rude. They said they provide after-hours service to the building and yes we close the doors and demanded $50 to release the car. When asked why we had to pay, they simply insisted that we must if we wanted our car back. This situation feels like mental harassment. They even suggested waiting until morning to retrieve the car, without considering how far away we live. It seems their priority is to extract money rather than provide service. This is the worst customer service experience we've ever faced. Fusion Security needs to learn proper rules and regulations if they are running a security company. Shame on them for treating customers this way.

Negative experience: As a staff member at the mall I work at, so far I have seen safety for everyone take a dive. Some of your employees are prompt at responding to problems, but not all of them. We can’t have people sleeping for hours on end in the mall’s furniture settings, or blocking access to the staff washrooms by the administration office. It looks bad for our businesses and customers when nothing is being done about those situations. Also there should be two guards on weekends and three on weekdays. Please do something to rectify this situation.

Negative experience: These guys forget to close our gates at least once a month and the occasional time they lock the gate with a 3 foot wide opening, I mean, what's the point? People can still squeeze through.

Negative experience: They hire individuals with criminal background and no work permit , their socalled security staff has been arrested

Negative experience: Fusion security in Ladner pulls in to do his rounds, I’m in the self service atm I come out car is running and he is out doing his rounds. He sees me from the other side of a chain link fence as I’m walking to my car. He looks at me and looks at his car and runs back to turn the car off and lock it Stupid guy

Negative experience: Dangerous and incompetent drivers. Their low iq employees swerve throughout lanes, tailgate, and they are on their phones while driving. I guess thats how you act when you make minimum wage. Sad

Negative experience: Hi I have applied this company lots !! I’m a citizen and have plenty of security experience the HR manager told me I’m not qualified to work? Which seems not right I wanna speak to Bruce Marginson I feel hurt and treated badly about this I never been late to work!!!! Ever and I have a car!!! But they told me I’m not qualified which makes no sense at all don’t judge someone without knowing their story!! Please if your reading this Bruce can you send me your email contact info? Negative experience: Wreckless drivers that speed and tailgate. They dont use turn signals, and never slow down or move over for emergency vehicles with their lights on when on the highway.

Negative experience: Almost run over by one of their employees in car #37, poor poor skills and professionalism when trying to talk to them, would never deal with them or recommend them

Positive experience: Gate of parking lot was closed before it's supposed to be and our cars got stuck in there at 10pm. Called the office, took them a while to figure out where we were but a staff was dispatched right away. 25 minutes later we got our cars back and was able to go home..... be careful if you want to park in the lot at Yew street and W 41st Ave, behind Tim hortons. Apparently a lot of ppl got their cars stuck in the lot and had to come back the next day. I appreciated it that they were able to answer my call right away and send someone to help. But this did not have to happen

Negative experience: THE place to go........if you're just looking for a warm body in a security jacket. They have one of the worst reputations in the industry and promise their employees more than they end up getting. If they're billing you $20 they are paying their guards $12.
