Negative experience: Fraud company i work with this company as a security and this company did not gave my pay cheque of 350$ .Many time i call them , But he did not gave my cheque. Highly Recommend not working with this company to anyone .

Negative experience: One of the your security officer and Security Supervisor Mankirat at Richmond Night Market are worse kind of creatures. I wouldn’t call them Man. Are not you teaching your staff how to speak at first? Long story short they both were very rude and unprofessional. If there’s any mode to complain officially please drop down in comments. I would really appreciate for considering this and appreciate action to be taken.

Fantastic experience: It’s been 6 months that I’ve been working with them and it’s been great. The workload is not that much, they focus on providing best for the clients and employees. I will recommend this security to hire for your business and also if you are looking for job.

Negative experience: Daman gaei !!! This guy is very aggressive in dealing with a family that just arrived in the parking lot and did not have the chance to pay the parking ticket right away! They just arrived and were about to finish their coffee and decided where to go for the walk and the guy started knocking on their door and telling them to go to pay the parking ticket in that very moment or they will be fined! And started taking notes of their vehicle!! Very unpolite approach and rude on the same time when they replied that they just arrived 1minute before Him! He was trying to abuse his authority! Threatening that he will fine them if it’s not paid immediately. (Very stressful situation for them!!) Also started taking pictures of their car even though the people already had pay their parking ticket after the conversation with him. Definitely not feeling save around him!

Fantastic experience: We used Armour for overnight security downtown for a 10 day flower show. I particularly liked their reporting system with images if there was any trouble afoot. We had very few issues, and the two which were a problem we knew how to fix immediately. We will use again.

I think company needs to recognize these skills and up him to management. Brings respect to your company name. Night Market customer.

Negative experience: The worst ever experience at Banana Republic bottom of the barrel security personnel. Word of advice to the security guy: Proper etiquette – When observing people having a conversation, do not cut them off mid-sentence to give your opinions. If I want an opinion I will personally ask the store assistant and not the security personnel. De-escalation Course is recommended. When talking to customers escalating a situation in any way is the exactly opposite of what you were hired there to do. As a security you are there to provide a safe and comfortable place for people to shop. Observe the 6 foot rule, do not stand in front of the stairs, move to a place where you can do your job, and where people can get around you safely. If you are stressed out take a day off, not take it out on others. When asked for identification, by law you are required to provide it. Word of advice to anyone thinking of hiring Armor Security. If your are responsible for the security and comfort of your customers. The only thing you will get with them is blatant disrespect of your patrons.

Negative experience: it was my first time to visit this company, but the girl at front desk was really impolite towards me neither greeted me. I got surreal feeling of embracement as I said hi to her, she not even responded me back and gave me vibe of racism , as I am landed immigrant and brown too. so I would to suggest to company owner to teach some basic ethics to all workers to follow humanity. this kind of guilt , I never had even in my 7 years work experience or can say in any social communication. thanks

Negative experience: This company is disrespectful and unprofessional to its security guards. They do not know how to handle situations and accommodate to their workers needs especially during such difficult times with COVID-19 happening. The company needs to reevaluate it's way of treating their security guards better. They communicate rudely and with anger when something doesn't go exactly their way, they always disregard their workers needs and prioritize their needs first. This company lacks major professionalism and needs to learn how to respect their employees and be kind to them. I don't think they even deserve one star but to be able to post this review I had to.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic security company. We had them do security at our real estate firm when we had some security issues and they were able to accommodate our short notice scheduling which helped a ton! Friendly staff and everyone is well trained.

Fantastic experience: Despite Covid 19 pandemic when everyone chooses to stay at home rather risk their health to work in public, Armour Security Team is able to come up to meet their clients’ requests in mere few hours notice. I called over 10 security/concierge companies with my emergency needs, I was able to find only Armour could help in short notice with few hours’ notice. I have been recommending to my friends with properties/retail stores, they are so happy with my recommendations. BIG KUDOS to everyone at Armour Security! Keep up the good work!

Negative experience: More like Armour Security & Extortion services. I recently parked in a parked in downtown Vancouver by Thurlow. The rates were fine as they were probably set by impark itself. I returned to the parkade after the gate had shut because my dinner had ran a bit late, I've been in this situation before and usually its just a simple phone call and they can open the gate remotely for no extra charge. So I called the number after reading the sign stating there would be an extra charge expecting maybe a 20$ charge. That however was not the case. It was a 60$ charge to just the one and only car that was inside the parkade out. On top of the 10$ I paid for parking it made the total 70$ which was double of what I even paid for my dinner. Absolutely ridiculous.

Negative experience: Worst security company ever!!! I was parked in a parkad in Vancouver downtown and I saw someone who looked very suspicious checking out lots of cars on the floor I was parked in. I called Armour security to report it. Armour Security where the ones supposedly grading the site. They told me they’ll send someone to check out the parking building. We left our car trusting Armour Security. 2 hrs later we came back to our car to find the back window broken and few items were stolen from our car. I called Armour security to report it, they said they only send someone to check the site once or twice a day. Why did they even told us they’re sending someone!!! They didn’t even bother taking a report when I called them to report what happened as if its not their business. I wonder what value Armour security offers!!!
