Cornerstone Security & Transport

Negative experience: This company was supposed to pick up my vehicle and bring it straight to Florida.. But my car was tagged in New York the same day of pick up without any authorization. Don’t trust these guys.

Negative experience: Utter disregard for others . I have a parking pass which allows me to park in spots which are designated for handycapped persons only . The bright blue wheelchair is visable to all .Apparently this matters not to Cornerstone security vehicle # CS002 .The rules do not apply . Impark parking on Granville between Robson and Georgia . $100 for missed appointment . Not only is the spot designated for those who have a disability , but are also almost twice as large as the other spots . Calls to the 1800 number which is on the back of the car went unanswered .There was no handycapped parking pass on the Cornerstone Security Volkswagen Jetta .Therefore they had no right to take up the spot . A security company that does not think the rules apply to them says a lot . I would post images on this site if the option was available . Class act .

Negative experience: Horrible boss Justice and his phone operator Richard are rude. No manners... customer service sucks... poor service worked and didn't pay guards!! Wouldn't recommend ANYONE TO WORK FOR THEM!!!

Fantastic experience: Cornerstone is really reliable and really professional. We hired them for a private university event the day before the event bc the original company failed to provide required documents. They were able to provide all the paper work super fast and provide us an affordable price cheaper than other companies. On the day of the event, the security guards are very responsible and helpful. If youre looking for a security company, Cornerstone is def the best one after contacting several other ones. 10/10 recommend
