Negative experience: I don’t know what is wrong for this company. They have taken my money, I took online course and did the emergency and cpr in person than they never answered my calls. I wanted them to give me the TCN number but i can’t find I am very disappointed to take the course for such this company. I even tried to go in person there office and I was disappointed. I will not refer to anyone for this disrespectful company. I very much doubt for the existence of this company.

Negative experience: These guys don’t want to help you once they get your money. They will trick you by saying they have a discount, and once you pay, they will not return your calls or your emails. I 100% advise you to look somewhere else!!!

Negative experience: Very poor customer service and response time. I have been trying to get ahold of them via email and phone call for weeks now about the completion of my course and have got no response at all. I would not recommend doing any courses through this organization. Extremely disappointed.

Negative experience: I got TCN from this company in 2018. Whole process was done within 2 weeks including CPR class. But now they take forever to give TCN. I referred one of my friend to this company for TCN but was really disappointed from service. They don’t even have phone service for existing students. They just want new students to signup and wait for months before TCN number.

Negative experience: The online training provided was good. However, It was very disappointing when I called them to ask for the status of my security number. They had no idea about my training test completion. I had to send them their own email to check if I have completed the training. On top of that they charged me $9 for the call I made to asked the status and said I will given the number only after I pay for the call. This was something highly unprofessional. Only after my follow up they replied what all was missing in my documents.

Fantastic experience: The trainer Kien did an amazing job showing high level technical knowledge of the training modules and imparted knowledge adequately using practical exercises. The training was excellent as expected and the session was interactive.

Negative experience: A good place to get experience however they don't pay on time/ change pay dates. They failed to keep pay stubs up to date. Lastly when I asked for the union contact number they said they didn't have it.

Negative experience: I have honestly been appalled by the service that these people provide. It's been nearly a month and I haven't received my security certificate let alone my first aid certificate. Every time I try to get into contact with these people I have to leave an unanswered message or I get told the same moronic excuse. "Did you check your e-mail?" or "Are you sure?". I advise everyone to properly look into a place before wasting your money and time.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed - good professionalism, and very organized team. The only negative thing I have to say from my interactions is that they deceptively named themselves 'International', which is a bit deceptive. They are not a large company. A small issue, but still 5 stars.

They were very friendly and caring towards everyone, especially towards seniors. Fantastic experience: I have dealt with Interforce International numerous times for our outlet store. Their security guards take security seriously and does a great job not only preventing theft from our store, but also go out of their way assisting seniors for directions and even baggage carrying to their vehicles when they become too heavy for them to carry by themselves. Their demonstration of loss prevention knowledge and assisting our customers has given me absolute confidence in their services. I highly recommend Interforce International for your security needs.
