Fantastic experience: Time efficient and professional service! I hired MadPI to do a private investigation and provided a very limited time period to submit required information to me. Everything was done in a few days and in a very professional way. I felt secured to share my private information and I am pretty confident it won’t leak anywhere. One thing I can tell for sure is that Roman works highly professional and I regret I hired him only after I already had a bad experience with another investigator.

Negative experience: did not deliver - asked for one current address of a person i wanted located - got a date of birth and address of his mother (maybe)?? HUH? gave him the person's current tel number and email. Paid $500 for this...received sarcasm, said my budget wasnt enough, said I didn't understand his service. Keep you money - and dont use this firm! - you'll waste your time and money - and get excuses and how its your fault because you didnt give him enough $$$ - if I could give zero starts, I would!
The first time this client contacted us was 6 months ago. He was shopping around with limited information, unreasonable expectations, and probably spoke to many investigation firms in his quest. A week ago he reached out to us again, I guess for a reason. We agreed to do the job and have gathered information from dozens of sources, including government and private databases, provincial and nationwide. We spent hours on research, paid our sources, pulled out several phone numbers (spent time discarding them) and several addresses (again spent time discarding them). Nevertheless, we have identified the subject, confirmed his identity, obtained his date of birth (without which conducting most of searches is impossible), delivered the address that he uses officially (which happened to be his parents' address because we checked ownership). However, the client believed (without substantiating his beliefs) that the information was incorrect and that we must pull something out of a hat, something that doesn't exists. The client demanded his money back, was rude in communication, and was driven by a very exaggerated sense of entitlement. Even after several explanations, the client was left with little understanding of what was possible and what wasn't, and clearly had no respect for other people's work. Clients such as this make our difficult work even more difficult. They demean our raison d'être and devalue our ability to obtain information otherwise not available through official channels. We hope this client finds peace and comes to terms with facts of life.
