He was non judgemental when understanding my situation and helpful with determining the questions to be used during the exam. Negative experience: After our initial conversation, I was asked to provide a deposit which I did in the 24 hours they requested. I was told multiple times to call back next week but every time I called they were busy and told to call back. I get being busy but then Make a scheduled appointment to set up the questions. I left a voice mail may 23rd and they still hadn't replied by June 1st. After almost a month and a half of playing phone Tag and emails and not getting anywhere it became uncomfortable pursuing them. I sent another email explaining how I felt and asking for my deposit back and canceling the appointment. That prompted a very unprofessional call from her. She was rude and her tone was very unacceptable. I'm SA survivor and was coming to them for help with that issue and the way she handled herself, she should be embarrassed. The only silver lining was she gave my deposit back. I'm glad I trusted my gut when I asked to cancel the appointment, nobody deserves to be treated that way. Do better!

Fantastic experience: I compete in Natural Bodybuilding contests with the WNBF and I am required to pass a polygraph test to enter their shows. I have worked with Itr Polygraph for many years and I appreciate the work that they do on our behalf. Ken and Lesley do a very professional job and make everyone feel special and keep them relaxed as they take their tests.

Negative experience: Unprofessional, they conduct their business in hotel rooms, without the hotels knowledge btw. Lesley is a very rude person. You can see by the way she responds to reviews.

Negative experience: Tried to call here to ask questions and make an appointment. Was told to watch a documentary series to answer my questions. It didn’t really. Called back to make an appointment, was told they would call right back. When they didn’t, I called back and was not answered. Then seconds later received a text that they could not help me due to conflict of interest? I’m not sure what that means but it would have been far more professional to at least get a call back. These situations are stressful enough without having people that are supposed to help make it harder for you. Update*- I would like to clarify that I never pretended to be anyone else or look for anyone’s information. We were given ITRs information from a family member to call and make an appointment. That is what I did. I have never been through this before so I did have a few questions. I’m not sure if I said something wrong to the woman who answered the phone but was met with some confusing behaviour. My review was just for the customer service I received not for a service I received because we were not able to book the appointment.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend ITR anytime one needs to have the truth proven. First person you meet is Lesley. She is a very nice, kind person. She was very helpful. Then you meet Ken, who is very professional, nicely spoken and calm. He explains everything, no surprises. Having to prove your honesty is something one shouldn’t have to do but when you do, ITR Polygraph is the place to go. Bonus is Ruby, such a cutie. Thanks ITR!
