Suppose during the surveillance sessions (the most important part) the person of interest is not committing any action that could be classified as questionable. In that case, we must accurately reflect this in our report. We must always remain within legal boundaries, therefore we cannot exaggerate, misinterpret, or imitate any events. 2. In an ideal world, every private investigation would be 100% successful. Unfortunately, in reality, this is not the case, which is why we completely understand that the lack of (expected) results can be very frustrating. At the same time, all our clients are protected by our refund policy, which we believe is both fair and transparent. Your review may sound like we sold you a series of photographs of your neighborhood for several thousand dollars.
