Fantastic experience: Had my ex followed who was pretending she isn't working to get more spousal support and not pay child support. She was working full time and cheating on her new boyfriend by blowing guys while at work then going to her boyfriend's house. She was also found to be breaching a restraining order, witness tampering and driving drunk
Negative experience: Total amateur. Got made by the subject of the investigation in the first 5 minutes, and then didn’t have the guts or courtesy to tell me that he wasn’t going back. I had to pry it out of him 2 weeks later. $500 for less than a half hour of “work”, and because he got busted, couldn’t tell me what I needed to know. Do not recommend at all.
This review is bogus. This investigation that Thunder 20 says we did for him actually did not even take place. We assume he hired a different company and possibly got confused. We did not conduct any surveillance for this individual and we have never been retained by him. We have never received payment from him. He is simply lying about this review or is confused. We reached out to this individual and asked him to remove the bogus review. Thunder20 agreed to remove the negative review, yet the negative review remains.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Glenn at FYI over the past few weeks with an urgent family matter. I really appreciated how action-oriented my overall experience was. Glenn's information was accurate, his responses to queries were turned around very fast, and communication was constant. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for me to make informed decisions quickly in terms of next steps. Glenn's expertise and client satisfaction were superb, which undoubtedly makes me want to work with them again. Overall, I had a good experience. I will definitely use his services again for future endeavours.

Fantastic experience: Just talked to a man on the phone and they were very helpful answering any questions I had great service and very friendly would highly recommend anyone going here
