Negative experience: This is a bad company with bad employees. Do expect a secure building with them in charge.

Negative experience: Multiple times the same security guard has been rude and abrupt and told me how to do my job. This was when I was in my place of work, doing a task that had absolutely nothing to do with him, he’d butt in and tell me what I need to be doing. Absolutely infuriating.

Negative experience: Pretty sketchy company. One of there trucks is often parked on my street as the "gaurd" drinks in the alley with the other low lives.

Fantastic experience: Penticton Security offers an excellent employment experience with great flexibility and an easy job environment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-free and accommodating workplace.

Negative experience: Vary bad company with drunk driving employees. Often seen coming from copper mug by Safeway clearly driving under the influence. I would not trust them to look after a dog

Negative experience: Patrols repeatedly disturb the peace with obnoxiously loud music in residential areas between midnight and 2am. No respect.

Negative experience: Was sitting in my truck and I parked further away from the walmart cause well... people dont park well most of the time. Your driver parked so close to my truck they he hit my mirror on the drivers side and bent it back. All he did was fix his mirror give me a wave like it ment nothing and left. Horrible person and if that's how you train your employees then you are not worth hiring for anything.

Positive experience: 11/24/20 @23:15 Skaha village young fellow all over it. Challenged the guard, who i watched canvas the property. Produced marked vehicle as ID. I did not ask for personal. He actually walked the property. I was just watching at length dark. He challenged me first to be honest. Almost impressed. Not impressed easily when it comes to security since this is my job. Consider this a one off audit.

Fantastic experience: Got pulled over on my bike heading to Boon Stock with my GF and the cops said park it at the beach and walk and he wont charge me with anything so I did, I didn't have enough room to store my helmet so I asked this lady who long she will be there (I parked right beside her she was security) she said 12 am so I said I should be back by then and I wasn't. I returned to the parking lot around 12:50 as I walked towards my bike I saw that someone I presumed had stolen my helmet only to find a note left by Paul from Penticton Security & Investigations informing me that me has my helmet and he was patrolling by the Beach Rental I found him shortly after I found the note on my bike and he had put my helmet in his car so it would not get stolen especially during Boon Stalk so I thanked him and went home. I know its not a huge thing but that is something that he could have just said "not my problem" but he went out of his way to help out a complete stranger. Give the guy a raise or bonus and keep training more like him. Thank you Paul and Penticton Security & Investigations.
