Fantastic experience: I am a law enforcement officer within the city of Calgary and have dealt with some of the Officers that work for this company. Much to my surprise they all had previously served in a law enforcement or military capacity and when I refer to law enforcement, I am talking about Police, Peace Officers and Military, not merely untrained Security Guards. I have found over the years that this company, it’s owners, management staff and front line Officers conduct themselves in a professional manner and I would definitely recommend this company to any company or private citizen that requires security that is well trained and that go the extra mile to ensure the customer gets the best quality of service. Negative experience: Honestly this company is so unprofessional they don't reply emails or calls , don't ever work with them

Many of those calls were repeated within a one hour period and only one voicemail was left. Fantastic experience: Having had the Privilege to work first hand with Spec Ops I can honestly say these guys are no joke! Even at a basic security level you are getting Highly Trained individuals that have more often than not served as high ranking Police & Military officials. These guards have a high level of Integrity & Situational Awareness & are always on the move no matter the weather & that's at the basic level! They don't call themselves Special Operations for no reason! If they are this Stoic at the basic level I cant even fathom what they are like when you get into the Premium & High Profile levels. These guys are the real deal! & I'd not want to be a bad guy on their Patrol!

Always respectful, prompt payment, great communication about expectations, system log-in, shifts, partnership with the clients. Chanel is awesome with the schedules, communication and organising proper set-up even when I go to a site for the first time. They also have high profile and better-paid security gigs. Fantastic experience: I'm a tenant in one of the buildings that Special ops security (Edmonton) services. I had an issue with my car (thinking it was stolen from the car park garage) and didn't really receive any answers from the property management. However, Kevin Bacon (Site Security/Supervisor) was the only one who really went above and beyond to reach out to me directly with what has happened with my car with the use of the cameras that were in the garage. Without him notifying me, I would have thought my car was stolen and not wrongfully towed. I am thankful for his quick response to me. As the management didn't notify me about what has happened. So great work definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I have been working with this company now for over 2 year. The staff are friend with the residents and the staff on site. The have a great leadership team and work hard to achieve the goals you set. The area I am located has a high rate of homeless and drug users.They have pushed the homeless and drug users and In doing this the residents feel safer. I would recommend this company the any company looking to clean up the building/ area.

Fantastic experience: Very professional guards and always being proactive. I was visiting my friend and someone tried breaking into my car. The guard stopped the person and waited there until I came back making sure my car is secure. I will highly recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: Our experience with the Special Operations Security Group (SOSG) was truly fantastic. We originally tried to book a paid duty police officer with the Vancouver Police Department, only to find out that they do not offer asset protection. We secured a Protection Specialist from SOSG and we could not have asked for a more professional agent. His assessment of the site was very thorough and his recommendations and plan of action demonstrated not only his commitment to his role, but his vast experience.
