Fantastic experience: Mr. Waldronis an absolute gem! We are an elderly couple wrongfully "reno-victed" and we wanted to prove that the landlord provided a bogus contractor estimate for "damages". Although I may have sounded bonkers (mindful of his time) speaking a mile a minute on the phone - he was extremely encouraging and lovely! Essentially, he gave free advice (talking himself out of a possible assignment) and gave me/us the courage to carry on with our legal proceedings as we are alone.
