Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Rainbow Investigations. I reached out because I had moved to the US and had another paralegal company trying to submit my uncontested divorce and the short answer is they didn't file it after it got declined on signature. Rainbow Investigations quickly went to work on trying to rectify the situation but the courts decided to be difficult, none the less it did get done. the communication was unbelievable, they kept me update to date on what was going on constantly, if I reached out responses were quick, most of the time within an hour. I feel for what they ended up going through to get my divorce approved by the court they went above and beyond and charged me way less then I thought it would cost and what they deserved. Very grateful and well I hope I have no need for the services in the future if I had to I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Fantastic experience: Great service. I would use this company again for sure. They found my tenant in 1 day and served him. Very reasonable rate as well.....I had been chasing my tenant for a year, and he was found in 1 day!

Negative experience: I hired him to find my stolen trailer and equipment I was told it would be $500 to retain over the phone once meeting him it went up to $600 I got 2 updates than after 3 months of waiting I had to call him only to hear he lost buddy Ron does not call to update and I feel completely ripped off do not recommend using him at all the worst service ever

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Service, great prices, considerate, and fast working. This was my first time hiring a Private Investigation firm, and it could not have gone better. Ron and his team at Rainbow Investigations were prompt in answering all communications, were always friendly, discrete, and efficient. They were willing to answer all questions, and help think through any problems. They listened to what I needed, immediately understood, and responded with a well thought out plan. My retainer was not treated as the beginning of an endless supply of money. I paid my one time retainer, and received $60 back at the end! I received quality service, and value for my money! I would not hesitate to reccomend Rainbow Investigations, or hire them again in the future.
