Negative experience: called to see how much they charge to consult with a PI and not only was I told I shouldn’t be contacting them, i tried to explain myself better because he wasn’t listening to me and I was interrupted multiple times, so when I said “I’m still talking” the rude man said “ok and I don’t need to talk to you” and continued to speak over me. Being nice goes a long way especially to those who are just trying to learn. Unprofessional and just rude.

Negative experience: If you are dealing with Paul Waldron I believe the owner of the company you will be received with $100 delivery fee without warning for dropping off GPS and will charge you daily if GPS isn’t returned to him within 24 hours. His GPS also gives false signals and if he doesn’t get his way will email the one that asked for the investigator and say that their spouse is in another place when they’re actually at work to try to cause problems and to have the heat off of him for verbally abusing me when I didn’t return his GPS. I have email proof that he tried to gaslight me and play head games. And then after abusing me about the GPS and how it was needed said he would pick it up Sunday after being told it would be dropped off that evening. I’ve left two photos one of the invoice and one of him saying my husband was at Sunridge Mall while he was at work to take the heat off of him for treating his clients with such disrespect. Not even sure what I paid for as I still haven’t received and photos or videos of said investigation, the whole ordeal was horrible and Verbally abusive

Fantastic experience: We used Prime to find some old rental tenants to pass along some important documents that had been sent to the old address. Tenants were very grateful. The folks at Prime were quick and provided the service for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
